SAS Marketing and General Contractors Ltd successfully designed and fabricated the structural framework for the spectator pavilion

Lisas Gardens Community Centre

We executed the full construction of this modern two-story facility designed to serve community development needs. Our comprehensive scope of works included complete structural and civil design, foundation and superstructure construction, fabrication and installation of all structural steel elements, full architectural finishing, and the installation of all building services including electrical and plumbing systems.

Diego Martin North Community Centre

SAS Marketing was responsible for the critical construction of the superstructure for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. The scope of works included reinforced concrete framing, structural steel installation, and related building components, forming the robust core framework of the facility.

HDC Oasis Garden Building 22

We were responsible for the apartment building refurbishment works, specifically focusing on the construction and installation of steel staircases and handrails. The project scope included detailed fabrication, welding, and installation of structural steel components designed to meet strict safety, durability, and aesthetic standards for residential use.

Road Works (RDC 2020) - Buenos Ayres Bridge

This Design-Build project for the Rural Development Company (RDC) involved the construction of the Buenos Ayres Bridge. It highlighted our capability in road rehabilitation and bridge infrastructure, delivering a critical transport link with a focus on structural integrity and long-term civil engineering quality.

Fencing and Clearing works for the Land Settlement Agency at Tucker Valley

Completed fencing and clearing works at Tucker Valley on behalf of Evolving Tecknologies & Enterprise Development Company Ltd. The scope of works included the clearing and removal of all vegetation, trees, and shrubs, with all material transported to approved disposal areas. This project was successfully completed in February 2023.

Vegetation Control for a Period of Three (3) Years – Northeast & Central, Northwest & Central, and Liquid Fuel Pipeline, Trinidad and Tobago Limited

This three-year vegetation control contract for the Northeast & Central, Northwest & Central, and Liquid Fuel Pipeline regions involved monthly grass cutting and maintenance along NGC pipeline Rights-of-Way and station compounds. The scope of works included grass cutting using wheel tractors with brush cutters and weed whackers, trimming overhanging branches and trees with pole saws or chainsaws, clearing weeds and silt from station drains, removing vegetation from fences and around pipes, and power washing of station compounds to maintain safe and compliant operational environments.
